1931 Chevrolet Independence (2) Door Coach
1931 Chevrolet Independence Coach AE 2 dr. Manufactured at the Chevrolet assembly plant in Norwood, Ohio. Engine also manufactured in 1931. Vehicle in pristine condition and all equipment works. Factory colors: coffee cream, fawn brown and black. Swamp Holly Orange Wheels and Firestone tires. Real cherry dash accents.
Light brown mohair interior. Lots of chrome. 26 HP 6 cylinder, 194 Cu Inch engine known as the "stovebolt six". 6 volt system. Mechanical brakes.
One of only 4 which came off the assembly with pinstripes. Garage kept and maintained in factory condition. Runs like a top. Top speed approximately 50 MPH. Approximately 20 MPG. All guages work. Probably the best 31 Chevrolet left in existence today. Comes with owners manual and maintenance manual. Includes cover and 6 volt charger.
