    Packard Classic Cars is a luxury automobile brand created by American automobile manufacturing company called Packard Motor Car Company which is located in Detroit, Michigan. The first Packard vehicles were manufactured and launched in the year 1899. The company was found by William Doud Packard and his brother James Ward Packard and their partners and George Lewis Weiss. James Ward Packard decided to manufacture and launch better horseless carriage vehicles as compared to Winton cars of Weiss, a small engineer who had few ideas of automobile designs.
